Where this came from

It started at a folding table.

Flea markets and craft fairs. Hauling product out on a weekend and hoping the weather held. Small town laser engravers. Signs, boxes, leather patch hats, drinkware. The machines had names, because when there are three of them and they are all you own, they get names. Mira Rose cut the drinkware. Jack of All Trades handled the signs. Fred the Fiber did the metal.

Then on a 31st of October we went live from the garage. We went live to show our process and accidentally built an entire community. Same two people, same folding table, suddenly talking to people all over the world. The work did not change that night. The size of the room did.

Every real client we have came out of that room, or out of somebody in that room telling someone else. That is the only marketing that has ever worked for us. This page exists because we finally built the plumbing to pay for it.

From makers to mentors.

It started with a sign. Somebody ordered one, liked it, then asked if we could do their logo while we were at it. Then what colors went with it. Then what the sign should say in the first place, and whether the name was even right. That kept happening. Different person, same escalation. Nobody was asking for a logo. They were asking to be understood, and a logo was the only thing they knew how to order.

Engraving became logos. Logos became brands. Brands became the person underneath them. The makers became mentors, and nobody announced it. It just stopped being true that we sold products. You cannot post through work like that. If you noticed we disappeared for a stretch, you were not imagining it.

I could be visible or I could get good at this, and I picked getting good at it. Nobody claps for that year. It is the only reason I am comfortable asking you to put your name on us.

What one link covers

You get one link and it works on everything below. You never need a different link for a different product, and you never have to guess which one to send someone to.

When you sign up you also get the onboarding pack: product images, written descriptions and a direct link for each thing on this list. One link for a conversation, the pack for everywhere else.

The Page, $497, is new enough that it has no commission rate set yet. If you want to send someone there, ask us directly and we will sort it out by hand.

That is the whole list, and it is shorter than everything we sell. The content and execution work is only sold to people who have already done identity work with us, so it cannot be referred cold and it pays nothing. The rest, meaning the smaller digital products and the largest builds, are simply not in the program yet. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out after you sent someone.

The honest version

Why us, and why not us.

There are people who will do this for $25,000, and some of them are worth it. We are not them. We have not been consulting for twenty years and we are not going to tell you we have. That is exactly why The Site is $2,497 instead of five figures.

What we have been doing our whole lives is making things and teaching people. That is not a pivot, it is the through line. The engraving was never really about the engraving. People kept coming back because what we made actually looked like them, and eventually they stopped asking for the object and started asking for the thing underneath it.

We are not the best in the world at this. We are two people who built a system that works and who will not phone it in on your friend. When you send someone here, Steve and Nolan are who they get. Not an account manager, not a junior, not a template with their name dropped into it. The same two people who answer this email address answer theirs.

What happens when you send someone

The Site and The Site + Kit run from a guided intake, no sales call, no discovery gauntlet, no weeks of chasing a quote. After checkout, the identity call happens: about an hour with us, the deep dive. The Page has no call at all; it runs from a guided intake alone.

If they want to know who they are handing money to first, send them to about us. That is Steve and Nolan, and that is who they get. If something goes wrong they email hello@stolanacres.com and one of us answers.

On refunds, so you can answer it if you are asked: The Page, The Site and The Site + Kit are non-refundable once the work has started or a session has been booked, because by then we have reserved capacity and begun spending hours on it. Cancel before either of those and it is a full refund, no argument. Digital products, the Identity Pack included, are final sale: no refunds. The Identity Pack comes with free remakes for 30 days instead, so if it came out wrong, we remake it with them. A double charge, or a pack that never opened and that we cannot fix, we make right.

This runs on one message to one person. Lift these, bend them into your own voice, or ignore them completely. Your voice will always outperform ours.

90 days to buy, then yours

Anyone who clicks your link is tagged to you for 90 days. They do not have to buy on the first visit and they never need a code. Once they buy, they stay yours.

First click wins

If someone clicks yours and later clicks another partner's, you keep the credit.

Getting paid

Monthly, and you will need PayPal, on the same email as your partner account. Commission is held briefly first so a refund cancels it rather than us clawing it back later. It pays on everything they ever buy, not just the first thing.

Who we are any good for

We have done identity and brand work for realtors and real estate teams, coaches, food and beverage, service businesses, and founders in the middle of rebuilding themselves. The range is the point: the method is about the person, so it does not care what industry they are in.

The person to send us is the one who is quietly embarrassed by their own website. Who has redone their logo three times and it still does not feel like them. That is not a logo problem and we can tell them why.

I built Reinvention OS for the version of me that knew exactly what to do and could not make himself be seen doing it. If that is your friend, that is who it is for.

This does not work for everyone. If your plan is to blast the link to a list that has never heard of you, it will not convert and we would rather you did not. This runs on people you actually know.
