What happens after checkout?

  1. 01The identity call: about an hour with us. You tell us what you do and what you want people to get about you. We mostly listen, to what you sell and to the drive and the personality behind it. It becomes your Blueprint, signed off by a person.
  2. 02About a week later, we walk you through three directions on a 30-minute call (two for creators). You pick the one that feels most like you.
  3. 03The next week goes deeper and gets specific, and it gets built from your pick. A final call with us, then it goes live.

You don’t need anything figured out, and you don’t have to become someone else. Who you are today is the material.

Is there a call?

Yes, once you’re in. The identity call is part of The Site and The Site + Kit: about an hour with us after checkout, then a 30-minute walkthrough of your three directions and a final call before launch. The Page has no calls; it runs from a guided intake.

How much of my time does this take?

For The Site and The Site + Kit, it’s a few short questions, then checkout, then the identity call: about an hour with us, the deep dive, because you’re in. Then a 30-minute call to walk through your three directions and a final call before launch. You don’t need anything figured out, because that’s what the calls are for. The Page takes one sitting with a guided intake and no calls, plus a 20-minute walkthrough when it’s done.

What if I don’t like my Blueprint, or the site?

You choose from three directions (two for creators), and The Site includes two rounds of changes. After checkout, you get a full refund if you cancel before any work starts and before your next call is booked. After that the time is set aside for you, so it is non-refundable. We can’t promise a business result, and anyone who does is selling something. We can promise the work is done properly and to the scope we agreed.
